Samson graphite 49 works but not in ableton live 9

Hello

I was hoping someone else has this keyboard and could share their settings or insight on making this keyboard work with live 9.
It works just as I would think it should in all other daws. Samsons documentation on this keyboard is very underwhelming. I used this guide

in the transport controls work great I just can't seem to get the keys to respond.

it seems there is new os for the Graphite 49 since the beginning of april.
I'm considering buying one and i thought there was a ableton Live preset mode...
let me know...
