Touchable templates do not work with minus values

Hi,

Im trying to set up a touchable template. However, one of the sliders is being mapped to a max for live device, where the min is -1 and max is +1.

This causes touchable to screw up the slider and it only gives me a resolution of 3 points within the slider.

Anyone else notice this?

Theres a whole bunch of reasons why the touchable implementation of "templates" is just wrong... For instance, you cannot send data (like lists/menus) back to the ipad and, in M4l all your dials have to be "automated and stored" (well there's quite a few times where you want to be able to move dials/faders, but not have them automate/stored (ie recorded).

It just sucks...

Since touchable is not even an ableton product and there is a touchable forum: http://forum.touch-able.com/ I would probably say it would be more applicable to ask the question there. At least the developers will know about it then.

Is your issue only with the specific M4L device, all devices, does ableton devices work as expected?
