Ableton Forum

I've been trying for the last 10 days to authorize my copy of Live but when I connect to get my response key, I get a message that says "Your serial number has been disabled, please contact us for more information." I emailed support over a week ago but haven't received a response yet so I was hoping somebody reading this can help.
