Live 4.1.3 won't open in Nuendo 2 / 4.1.2 will!

4.1.3 does NOT open in Nuendo 2, 4.1.2 DOES open. 4.1.3 just disappears, no window- nothing; so when you go to quit Nuendo, it says LIVE is open, etc.
Re-installed twice to try.

Mac Dual 1.25 ghz 10.2.8 OSX
RME DSP96/52 2 gig RAM
