Mopho Keyboard + MIDI + Ableton Question/Problem

Hi!

I have a about if I could achieve the following with a synth ( Mopho Keyboard) that send MIDI via USB and Ableton ....

When I create an "external instrument " in Ableton , sending MIDI from Ableton to Synth works perfectly . I can send MIDI from Mopho to Ableton for " pressing" the keys of the piano and also to modify various parameters that the synth has to be modified. This gives me the option to create synth´s parameter automation in Ableton and the ability to send notes to the Mopho.

But when I have all these info in the "External Instrument" recorded, and I play the track... no Sound is sent to the Audio canal. Why could that happens?


In resume, I want to have the following: Synth -> Ableton & Ableton -> Synth

As you can see every works perfectly, when I play the External Instrument Canal, no sound is sent to the Audio canal and also to the Audio Card

Noone can help me?

I have "found" a solution....

- Audio Canal
- MIDI 1 Canal for the Keys
- MIDI 2 Canal for the Parameter automation

You must be getting some signal because the audio level shows a peak of -81dB

Two questions:

1. Does it work if you set the 'Monitor' on track 2(audio track) to In?
2. What settings have you got on the 'External Instrument' plugin? Can you post a screen shot of it?
