I've got midi tracks feeding a multitimbral synth, the synth has midi effects on its own channel, before the plug-in. however, midi from the triggering tracks doesnt seem to pass through the midi effects on the host track.
signal chain of midi when using multitimbral plug-ins:
controller-midi track-external instrument-host plugin--------
aha! the midi routes straight to the plugin and not through the plugin channels signal chain...? yes?
any way to route it through the host plugin's channel before going to the plugin itself?
