Is a peanut butter sandwich considered to be "brain food"?
How 'bout an In-N-Out cheezburger (mayo, pickles, hold the onion) or a steamed Szechuan dumpling from Ying's at the corner of 27th & Mason?

...but I'm not interested in a Walnut Butter sandwich. Have you ever seen Jif or Skippy's "Walnut Butter" at your grocer? I think not - and probably for a good reason.Da hand wrote:Just add a walnut...

Well you wanted "brain food" .... and I said add "a" walnut, not a whole bag of walnuts.
As for the reason, what reason would that be?

If peanut butter sandwich is brain food, perhaps it was the government that introduced jelly to taint it in order to keep the masses from becoming more intelligent????

I'd love a walnut butter sandwich, but peanuts are good for you too. Peanuts have high amounts of vitamin E that protects nervous membranes. Also, they have a lot of thiamine, which helps the brain convert glucose into energy.
The moral of this story is to eat your peanut-butter sandwiches, kids, crusts and all!
