Push / Max for Live controls (thread #1111)

I recently started to use the Drum synths that are included with Suite & Max for Live.
I noticed that there is only one bank of controls available to the Push in some cases (like the kick drum for example). Is there anyway to add more controls or "configure" them with Max for Live instruments like you do with VST plugins?
