Push and NI Kontakt Drum Libraries (e.g. Abbey Road)

Hey there.

I just started to play around with the NI Kontakt Abbey Road Drum libraries from Push (via the audiomodder presets) but I'm confused as to how I can tweak all the parameters. I'm a total noob when it comes to working with Kontakt and Push...

There is a mixer within Kontakt for the first 8 drum sounds where I can get to mute/volume/pan parameters (to then call up on Push using the 'configure' button) but where are the rest of them so I can map them? E.g. Ride, Crash?

Also, is there a way to load these drum libraries into an Ableton Drum Rack and have quick access to mutes and levels like with a traditional simpler based Drum Rack?

Any tips/advice would be much appreciated.

I'm guessing that working with these drum libraries from Maschine is much much easier?!
