erratic mouse

When using the mouse to turn a knob it jumps left to right or sometimes it gets stuck on one side.Anybody experience this and have a solution.

try to place accurate drop&drag samples from browser into scence-raster :D
ups...äh..no...damn---cntr-z-phew---again
