connecting impulse 49 to ableton

Please help!! I've downloaded the auto map and firmware for the impulse 49, im currently using 9.1.4 version of ableton. When I go to select the novation impulse it doesnt display any in's or out's just blank. Thanks!

Ok, I have an impulse 49 and it displays fine. Not sure where to start as far as trouble shooting.

impulse should be an option for controllers, is that the case? Also the input/outputs are connected to "impulse"

Hi Henry-123,

It sounds as though your Impulse isn't connecting with the computer.

Try it on each of your USB ports and also with an alternative USB cable.
