I think it's very usefull! In the arrange mode, on the timeline! Crossfades (linear/curve).
To make crossfades of durations varied between the clips, is a very significant functionality...
Cause we need for example to make smooth crossfades (long or short) between synth pads or many material. Think about it : Protools, DPerformer, Logic.... PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THINK ABOUT IT :idea:

Yes!!!

This is an absolute must. If you make music using vocals (I know Ableton would love us to record vocals in Live) you must have crossfades. I know you can do this by adding additonal tracks but that takes up so much space. If this was in ver/5 I would be so happy.
