Unfolding selected track only?

Does anyone know of any option or a way to hack live so that all tracks/groups are collapsed except the selected track? In other words, it would be nice to have the option of unfolding only the selected track. Any ideas?

to fold all tracks, click top track/group, hold shift, click bottom track/group and click collapse group
