Re-enable automation keeps turning on and off in arrangement

Anyone know how to fix this?

Disable/Re-enable Automation button turns on and off all the time for me. It happens in the arrangement view. Anyone experience this and know the cause/solution?

It happened to me for a while.

- Do you have any external scripts running (E.g. Selected Track Control)

- Does it happen with /without Max for Live? (Some M4L advices will send automation change messages to Live without you knowing)

- What version of Live are you running?

Have you added time changes to the arrangement, and are you "breaking" those by changing time via session?

Also - if a plugin or effect sends a parameter change, it can override the automation (and then automation turns itself off).

just in case someone stumble upon this problem again. it happened to me when I mapped one of the controls inside Kontakt via right click (Learn Midi #CC Automation). I "unlearned" the button and it didn't happen again.

Did the trick for me. Ghost assignments when autolearn is on in a studio full of bass. My midi keyboard just ghosted an assignment.

I just started mapping MIDI CC in Kontackt as well.

Unfortunately for me I deleted that Kontackt instrument and the problems persist. I'm reverting back to an older save. I ran into this issue years ago and it killed a project.
I wish I was saving more I'm in a mixing/mastering session I haven't developed the habit yet.

I hope there is a better solution in the future.

I have the same problem with analog lab...I really don't know how to resolve this, a little bit annoying.
I have turned off all my MIDI controllers, in analog lab V I don't see any weird assignments
