Questions about logic

Hello every body.

I know this is a Live forum , but im trying to get some answers in ligic forum but don´t gett them, and i see there´s some logic users in this one ..so my problem is.....

im having some problems in recording audio sounds in Logic... when i record i ear no sound ..and then when i go to the wave file theres no sound.... im using XP and sis7012 drivers.... i herad the audio when i just play ..but when i record can´t ear.....
..and another thing is ..we just can record a song whit audio and midi as a Logic song ..or we can tranford them in wav or mp3.....so far i just can record as a Logic song ..can u help?

well, Emagic Logic was cross-platform until Apple bought it...

well, it may not be a sensible question, but it's a question!

and it was only a few months ago that XP finally went end-of-life...
