Automation of mute and solo
I'm sure this has been requested at some point over the years. Come on, it's 2014!

Agreed. You could of course add a Utility to the track, and automate its volume, but it would be better with on/off values, like mute/solo.

Utility does not completely mute a track. It does not go down to -inf.

Ah, of course!
Oh well - Utility's mute is still nice if you put it before a reverb or delay.
