My SoundBlaster Live card for Macintosh hasn't exactly been perfect, but at least I could get it to work most of the time until I tried to record into LIVE.
Trying to record a sample from my audio interface using Live in-on an armed track and the result is a recorded track full of some sort of gawdawful electronic feedback that seems to be modulating based on the input signal but is hopelessly distorted.
Recording via the same interface in some basic audio editing software works great, but not using LIVE. Just that noise. Any ideas?
Maybe I should just get a better audio interface. The M-Audio Audiophile 2496 looks like an option. Opinions anyone?
