Ableton Live 9 crashes when I select ASIO driver

Hi,

Due to my SSD failing the other day I had to rebuild my machine and reinstall Ableton Live 9. When I open the program and goto to preferences and select the ASIO driver after selecting the correct sound device Ableton crashes and closes. Infact unless you replace the files in AppData etc the program cannot reopen.

I am using:
Windows 7 64 bit
Ableton Live 9 64 bit
Tascam US-144

The sound device seems to have the latest drivers.

Please help if you can
