Live Standard and Max for Live

Can you upgrade Live Standard with maxforlive and how much would that be? Live Introl + Max is not possible is it?

I purchased m4l while I had a Live 8 standard so I imagine you still can. It's super useful and the library of devices grows every day. As far as pricing, you'd have to log in to your account to see.

edit: I do not think it is possible to get m4l with the intro version of live.
