Copy/Paste function on VST plugin settings?

Hello,
Is there a copy and paste for plugin settings like there is in Logic Pro?
So I can copy a setting I like ... look at some more settings do some more tweeking and have the option get my previous setting back if I want by pasting it.

Yes, you can copy and paste VST devices, just right click on the box that represents the plugin in the lower screen of ableton (the little vst / au box with the X/Y slider, not the plugin window).
