Urgent Moving Projects from (Live 8) to (Live 9 Suite)

Hi my Fellow Ableton live users i have a big upcoming gig and i need your expertise. im currently using live 8 for back up vocals, drums and percussion, Now if i was to share this project with another Ableton user but he/she uses Live 9 Suite instead would my project be exactly the Same when he/she opens it in live 9 suite. if Not what are the downfalls to it and how do i work around it..
