Cue Setup

Okay i broke down and bought a m-audio mobilepre usb. It seems tha i have no clue as to how to set up live to cue i looked all over and tried different things but seems there is no real way to set up one set of inputs and one set of outs with this thing. Any help on this subject would be much appreciated.
