Loops do not sync anymore....Help!

Hello,
I am not sure what preference or setting I changed but loops no longer sync with my songs. The global quantization is set to "1 Bar".
When I click on the loop it immediately starts to play instead of waiting for the next bar.
Can anyone help me figure out what has changed?

Check the individual clip launch settings, they need to be global to observe the bar setting you've made...
