Considering push for 64 pad fingerdrumming

Post by aikighost » Thu Jul 02, 2015 1:20 pm

So I saw that since the new update push can handle having a 64 pad drumrack can anyone tell me is this possible in the copy of Live intro that comes with the push hardware. I have no interest in the other instruments etc that come with the full version of live as I already own Native Instruments komplete 10.

I think intro has 8 tracks and 8 scenes. As long as it has drum racks and simpler its definitely possible.

You could have 8 separate 64 pad layouts in one project
Ableton Live 10 Suite / Push 2 / Max 8 /

Excellent thats all I needed to know. I finger drum live with an indie band and think this will allow me more options than my mpc, though the pads are somewhat smaller.

Aikighost, I really love the Push for fingerdrumming, in fact I usually use it a lot of times only with my thumbs, as if I played a conga or any other hand percussion instrument (same technique), so maybe this is can help to you to figure out the great feel and sensivity of the pads (at least in my opinion).
