MIDI File is Twice As Fast As I Want It to Be

I exported some midi notes from Sibelius into a .mid file; but, in the file's destined Ableton set (in which I'm already balls deep), I'd made the project's tempo number twice as great as it "should" be because I wanted to hear further subdivided metronome clicks. (i.e. The actual piece is Q=85, but I set the Ableton tempo to Q=170 so I could hear the relative eighth notes as I record.)

So now I have this midi file that plays twice as fast as I want when I plop it into Ableton. Changing Ableton's tempo isn't an option; I've already automated numerous very specific tempo changes, rallentandos, etc. And I can't change the Sibelius project's tempo, either, without THAT whole project going haywire.

SO. Is there any way I can easily just double the length of all the notes in my .mid file?

do a web search, there are various tools out there for automating changes to existing MIDI files...

Wow; answered my own question—and the feature was staring me right in the face!

Import the MIDI file, open its Clip View, and go to Notes. There are half-tempo and double-tempo buttons right near the top! (they are labeled :2 and *2)
