1. It would be cool if when you right click on the title of a track, the context menu could have some custom actions added to it by the user. For example, I would like to be able to right click on a track title and see the option, "Add NI Massive", or add "Equavescent 2 eq" , or even add a favorite custom rack, say, "Add Harold's amazing channel strip." For people with large collections of plugins but that rely heavily on a few certain plugins, this would be a great timesaver.
2. Sometimes when I'm playing with something in session view, i.e., after dragging multiple audio loops into an audio track, I wish I had the option to click on different audio clips on the same track and have them play at the same time. I'm sure this has been requested many times and might be complicated to implement, especially without turning off follow actions and track and plugin parameter automations. Perhaps a new type of audio track could be enabled in preferences for those who would rely heavily on playing simultaneous audio clips in one track for their workflow.
1. Custom context menu actions and 2. Simultaneous clips

1, Context menus exist within much of Ableton already, to implement what you've suggested would be so wide leading to lots of extra unneccassary codelivingwell wrote:1. 2, That would go against the whole paradigm of Ableton, not going to happen.... Duplicate tracks with you clips in if you want to hear them together....
