Audio Interface in Preferences

Hi all,

Is there a way of fixing the input and output devices in the preferences section? I find, if I turn Live on, without having my Audio Interface turned on, Live will promt me that no sound device is detected. I understand why and the simple (and only) answer might be that I need to have my audio interface on before powering up Live. I just wanted to see if there was a way to freeze my selection?

there simply is no way as of now. you have to have your interface connected and turned on to be ready for your set. if you turn it on later, you might have to select it manually as soon as it is booted to be recognized.
