Moving video frame by frame

How is it possible to move video time frame by frame in arrangement view? I‘m using 30fps in the videos.

1/32 and other grids don‘t sync with video frame. I noticed, that there is a frame based ruler, but no frame based grid.

Set your BPM to 150 and your grid to 1/32Triplet

This a worjkaround, but definitly not a Solution. If you want the bpm to anything different it doesn't work. a frame by frame display like you have it in pro tools would be a cool thing for the next update!
