It is already on the beta version. No release date for the normal version still.

My Live beta has just been updated to 9.6 so i'm assuming pretty soon.

Beta 9.6b1 was released Thursday last week and is considered as release candidate.
I've been using the 9.5.1 betas since Link was introduced and it's been working without flaws since.

My needs and more importantly expectations are/were fairly frugal but I tried Link last night and today and it's fantastic. Insanely simple setup then it's just an instant 'air clock' across any connected devices, even tempo changes just....change...wow. It really felt like the future had arrived in a small but significant way. Good work smart people of Ableton.

this is only for IOS stuff isn't it? anyone know if there are any plans for it to be out on windows and/or android stuff?

I'm using it between 2 Macs, presuming 9.6 is Mac and PC then linking the two should be ready to go. Sorry, don't know about link-enabled Android apps.

It currently works with Live 9.6 on OSX, Windows, and on iOS devices. More apps to come!
