Smaller clip size in regards to the clip brace

Dear Developer Team,

In Arrangement window, Fixed Grid off, I can Split an audio clip to an extremely tiny chunk, but I cannot drag an audio clip to the same tiny length. I cannot shorten anymore in the screenshot attached, but I can split it to shorter clips.
I with to be able to drag an audio clip to an extremely tiny chunk, as I can do so with Split feature.
