The Guys at Ableton...

I just want to say how great these Ableton people are...guys have you all ever managed to buy a software/equipment and receive such a tailored/specific support even on a forum?
To me it never happened...even...I did a sample cd for Steinberg, they mispelled my name in the credits, I emailed them asking to correct the mistake as soon as they were going to reprint it (...by the way this is a legal issue and I could take them to court...) and guess what they did?
They never replied, not even an automatic answer...
