Dragging my audio clips to drum rack changes names

Making a guitar chord drum rack and recording chord strums into there own audio clips
Then I renamed each one as I went and when I had 8 I dragged them into a drum rack
All was good except they all lost there names !
What a pain any tips on avoiding this?
I see I can rename them AGAIN in drum rack

Looks like renaming them in the browser is the key kinda weird
