Live has been crashing when pressing the record button on my MIDI keyboard. It doesn't happen every time, probably more like every 5 times (which is obviously far too often to be able to use the software). It happens with my Oxygen 8 and my Novation SL 49 MK2. Error message attached:
I have tried reformatting Windows 8.1 and only installing Ableton Live, still get the error. I have downgraded Live to 9.5 to try and fix it, still get the error. I don't know what else to do other than ask for my money back.
I have a ticket open but I'm pretty much out of ideas at this point. Has anyone had a similar problem?
