I'm a house producer, I love that deep house/piano combination sound, I've made a couple of tracks now with the M1 piano, I'm wondering what other VSTs are good for piano, I'll include a couple of tracks which I like the sounds of the piano, would really appreciate some pointers!

There's a few examples of some different piano sounds I'm really feeling, obviously I don't want to copy folk, but I don't want to keep using the same M1 piano in every track I do.

Dooks sounds like a Wurlitzer emulation with low pass filtering
Seizo is just a straight baby grand
Bauuer - could be a grand layered with a DX7 ePiano emulation
the commonality of the three seems like wide(to very wide) voicing of the chords
with regard to what VSTi can do these pianos, I'd say pretty much any Rompler or Electric layered with Ableton Grand

Might want to consider refx Nexus. I would listen to some of the demos though. Some of their piano presets sound kind of house to me. Nexus probably have some expansions to cater exactly to these sounds as well. Nexus is a little expensive though.
Also if you have a sampler that reads Soundfonts, I'd suggest looking there as well as you probably can find some for relatively little or no cost. They will probably be a little closer to the house piano sound as the M1 was made when sample memory was low and sound designers had to compromise. I'm sure that is a big part of the sound of the house piano. I read somewhere online how to simulate the sound with more natural sounding pianos using plug-ins as well. I'm sure compression/EQ and maybe some transient plug-ins might help.
Sampletank have a House Piano preset as well.
Most plug-ins are going to go for a more natural piano, but the main thing about the House Piano sound is it is sample based specifically late 80s, early 90s sample based technology so I would think the lower the memory probably the more authentic the sound.

I base all of my knowledge of a House Piano to my old Roland XP 50 keyboard. It had a preset called "House Piano" and it was pretty typical of what I heard on most of the House Tracks I've heard.
I usually think of a House piano as a pretty thin, but percussive type of piano. It has a somewhat biting quality. Also usually where most pianos samplesets thrive to sound like a real piano, a house piano usually doesn't, It usually sounds like it was pulled off of a late 80's, early 90's sound module with little sample memory and has very little dynamics. I believe the House Piano originated from the Korg M1.
That said, I'm probably thinking of a 90s House Piano. I'd imagine a House Piano today probably sounds alot more realistic and is probably more about playing style, EQ/Compression/Layering techniques.
