ASIO4ALL & Ableton Live 9 with Apogee 96K mic and Steinberg

NOTE: To use ASIO4ALL and Ableton Live 9 with both an Apogee 96K USB microphone and Steinberg UR22 mkII (especially if you are having any ASIO publishing to WDM problems)
1) Open CUBASE LE and setup devices with Asio4All, confirming all Asio WDM entries are published
2) Try some recording using Apogee and Playback w Steinberg
3) Quit
4) Open Ableton Live 9 Suite and set audio preferences to ASIO4ALL
5) Confirm you see all ASIO devices as seen below:
