Window Laptop touchpad not working on Ableton 9

Hi guys, I've got the latest version of Ableton and I've just bought a new laptop I7 64bit.
It's the first time I own a laptop and I can't figure how to make my Touchpad work with ableton.
The 2 fingers scroll down doesn't work but I can still do 3 fingers to switch windows or app. Is it a software that I need to dl or some special configuration that I need to do?

My Laptop is an Asus K501U.

Have you gone to the Asus site to make sure you're using all the latest drivers for your laptop? Likely there's been some updates since it was released.

From my experience Ableton Live's implementation of scrolling has always been finicky. Some devices are supported but not all.

I think a few years ago I did see a kind of workaround but it required some digging into Windows stuff and configuration.
