Some very simple RELATIVE position midi commands

It would be nice to have some RELATIVE position midi commands (accessible from MIDI map screen) for better (and more economical) foot pedal control like:

- record in NEXT open clip in selected track
- play NEXT (or last) scene
- record arm SELECTED track
- stop clip in SELECTED track

Good ideas. That's typically what i use M4L for.
MacBook Pro 13" Retina i7 2.8 GHz OS 10.13, L10.0.1, M4L.
