Unassigning Push Mappings?

Hey everyone, I've been trying to figure this out all morning and I can't get it. Im trying to set the 8 parameter knobs on my Push conroller while using the drum rack to different values. For instance, the 6th and 7th knobs are for Transpose and Detune, but I want the 7th one to affect the volume. I know I have my MIDI settings in preferences setup right (Track and Remote are on for Push) . Is there a way to un-assign and re-assign these knobs? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
