Is it possible to record audio directly
to drum rack slots, to play it after recording?
Maybe there is exist some m4l devices for it?

at this time i don't think this is possible. As a Maschine fan i, too, have always wanted this feature.
For now the quickest method is to record into an audio track and then drag and drop. To be fair, this takes about as long as it takes me to hit the various buttons needed to record onto a pad in Maschine. Would be super cool, though, to be able to use push to record straight into a drum rack.
