key command fast forward / rewind / auto-arm

Hi,

I am wondering if someone knows the key-commands for fast forward and rewind.
Also the key-command for auto-arm a track: When I click on the ableton push2 on the record button it automatically arms the track, creates a midi clip and start recording (the circle Icon in the transporter-menu will automatically be activated).
How can I activate it with a shortcut? What is the shortcut for this circle-icon?

What do you mean by "fast forward and rewind"? Those things don't exist in Live and I don't see how they would be useful either.

And arming is done with clicking on the arm button on a track. If you want to do it remotely you would MIDI assign a controller to said arm button.
If you need to trigger this via a keyboard shortcut you would need to set up some software that translates keyboard commands to MIDI.
