Autechre, Monolake ...

Post by lnikj » Wed Jul 06, 2005 8:40 am

Just thought I'd make some of you guys jealous by telling you that I am one of the lucky 150 people to have got tickets for http://version.org.uk/ this weekend, on the M/V Stubnitz (http://www.stubnitz.com/) in Newcastle.

Sorry, but couldn't resist it. :D

lnikj,

Be vigilant ! 8O

Saw Autechre in London and they turned off the lights completely ... full darkness 8O

Being held in Newcastle ... my 2 cents .... put your wallet in the front pockets

Petteri,

I could not agree more.

Our differences over music made us split but I am sure I left you with the perfect woman.

Just thought I'd make some of you guys jealous by telling you that I am one of the lucky people to have got tickets for nothing because none of those people are coming to the U.S. anytime soon. I hate you all. lol :)

four old men standing checking emails, too scared to release any new material cos they know that we can all do exactly what they do now. I mean c'mon - a live album? and it sounds like they used FM7 all the way thru it :D

true pioneers tho and we should respect them for that

PS - saw them back in '91 when they still actually played instruments :D

Errr, I live in south america, and most of those niche gigs never reach these latitudes...

But hey! it seems the rolling stones are coming here next february

And another thing: girls here rock!
Turn up the radio. Turn up the tape machine. Look into the sunset up ahead. Roll the windows down for a better taste of the cool desert wind. Ah yes. This is what it's all about. Total control now.
