Map Controller sticking fix to a specific track with a VST

Hi,

I am having a midi controller and want it to ONLY Control the VST Plugin on one Track.
So that i can play my song, have several controllers and each controller only controls one specific VST Plugin like it is a real synth.

Can someone tell me how to "stick" a controller to a special track? Is this possible?

Right click on on the device header in Live and choose "Lock To Control Surface".
