random vst's kill my audio

Post by dirtystudios » Tue Jan 14, 2003 8:39 pm

when inserting (seemingly random) vst's, all my audio will suddenly stop. if i hit the vst bypass button everything starts up again. it's really weird. sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. i'm on os 9.2. anyone have this experience?

k

live 2.0

same problem, esp with MDA plugs. Sometimes they work, sometimes they dont. Esp. Dub delay, the amp simulator (cant remember the name - and ive just deleted all my VSTs by accident)

Northpole did it here, never mind being on/bypassed, just sitting in a vacant track killed total audio
