autofilter glitch?

my auto filter keeps jumping around like crazy even though im not doing anything to it to my knowledge. the cutoff, or whatever it is, will move around and wont stay where i set it. is my computer just demon possessed, are Russian hackers just trying to annoy me? i was just wondering if this was a setting or something that i could change.

Are you using the LFO in the autofilter to modulate it? Turn the LFO Amount knob down, does it go away?

In addition to Tarekith's suggestion: perhaps you were playing around with the auto-filter, while recording?

Right-click on the "possessed" knob, then choose "show automation". You can then delete the automation (if there).
