Live 9 lite not authorizing

Ive re downloaded live 9 lite
and entered in the product key 10 times
but it's still saying it's not authorized.
My copy came with a Focusrite 212
It even says that the last sucessful authorization was on 31 dec 2016
It keeps sending me in circles, the app sends me to the website and the website
says everything's authorized.
