Please name some realtime MIDI tools like CC value remapper

Hello, I'm a software e-drummer and I need some M4L midi tools that work in realtime:

1. a CC value remapper (for the hihat controller)

2. a Midi message filter (in order to delete e.g. noteOFF or CC)

3. a multi message remapper (in order to get notes out of CC or vice versa)

Is there any tool (or are there any tools) similarly powerful in "bending" Midi like the modules in Bidule (what is for this purpose the most powerful tool I know up to now)?? Would be nice to have some advanced midi options in Live!

Can you experts please name some?
