Use 2 Monitors & Switch Btwn Them W/O Moving Them L/R

Hi, I hope that I make my question clear enough. When I am using 2 monitors while working, it really slows down my workflow when I go from the left screen to the right to do things and I have to remember to click the mouse on the Session screen before recording a new clip. (For example, maybe I was changing the length of a note on the left screen (Arrangement view) and now want to quickly go back to the right screen to record a new clip (Session View).

Is there another way besides 'Tab' (which switches their position which I don't want) or grabbing the mouse and clicking on the screen you want to use?
