Dummy/automation clips for groups/sends/master

it would be cool to be able to draw automation curves for various parameters using dummy clips that could be placed on groups/sends/master bus. for example, i often use sends for reverbs but i like my reverbs to change shape and size over time. i can currently sort of achieve this with M4L LFOs but anything more complex than a basic waveform shape is very difficult to manage.
