Selecting and moving multiple clips in arrangement view

I thought this was possible in some beta version but now i can't make it happen: Is it still not possible to select multiple clips in the arrangement view and drag them, without selecting the whole time range and then moving/cutting other clips as well? I can't believe it... Please tell me i'm doing something wrong — this is such a basic editing feature.

As you see i want ot move 2 clips and leave the other one intact, but it's impossible.

Ableton, seriously? This is BASIC stuff. It should be super easy to implement.
