Akai Apc40 MK 2 Glitch/Jitter knob Issue

Ive seen a lot of people have this problem, but just checking to see if there was ever a resolution. When I turn a parameter knob, it shoots straight to the highest point? Really annoying.
Ive just purchased a new one.
People are saying it's an issue with Ableton, and they need to update it. Im running 9.7.7

Try changing the Takeover Mode in your MIDI Settings...
